1. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (source code, courses, memberships), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. VIP Membership Refunds
2.1 Eligible for Refund
VIP membership refunds may be granted if:
- Within 7 Days: Request made within 7 days of purchase
- No Content Accessed: You have not downloaded any premium resources or accessed VIP-only content
- Technical Issues: You experienced persistent technical problems preventing access (and we couldn’t resolve them)
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same membership twice
- Unauthorized Transaction: Your payment method was used without your authorization (requires proof)
2.2 NOT Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after accessing VIP content
- You didn’t use the membership during the subscription period
- You found similar content elsewhere for cheaper
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You violated our Terms of Service
2.3 Partial Refunds
For annual VIP memberships, we may offer prorated refunds if:
- Request is made within the first 30 days
- Minimal content was accessed (less than 10% of available resources)
- Exceptional circumstances exist (medical emergency, financial hardship, etc.)
3. Source Code Purchase Refunds
3.1 Eligible for Refund
- Defective Code: The source code is fundamentally broken and cannot be fixed
- Misrepresentation: The code significantly differs from its description
- Download Failure: You paid but never received access to download (and we can’t provide it)
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same code twice
3.2 NOT Eligible for Refund
- You successfully downloaded the source code
- The code works but doesn’t meet your specific requirements
- You lack the technical skills to implement the code
- You found bugs that can be fixed (we offer support for this)
- You changed your mind after downloading
4. Course Purchase Refunds
4.1 Eligible for Refund
- Within 14 Days: Request made within 14 days of purchase
- Less than 25% Completed: You’ve watched less than 25% of the course content
- Technical Issues: Videos won’t play and we can’t resolve the issue
- Course Cancelled: We cancelled or removed the course
4.2 NOT Eligible for Refund
- You completed more than 25% of the course
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You didn’t like the instructor’s teaching style (preview videos are available)
- The course was too difficult or too easy for your skill level
5. Custom Development Project Refunds
Custom development projects are subject to separate contracts and refund terms:
- Deposit: Non-refundable once work begins
- Milestone Payments: Refundable only if milestones are not delivered as agreed
- Final Payment: Due upon project completion and acceptance
- Disputes: Handled through mediation as outlined in the project contract
6. Refund Request Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
- Log in to your 2SCODE account
- Go to “My Orders” or “Purchase History”
- Click “Request Refund” on the relevant order
- Provide a detailed reason for your refund request
Step 2: Review Process
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- We may contact you for additional information
- We’ll check your account activity and download history
- You’ll receive an email with our decision
Step 3: Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with refund details
- Your access to the purchased content will be revoked
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We may grant refunds outside our standard policy for:
- Medical Emergencies: Serious illness or hospitalization (requires documentation)
- Financial Hardship: Unexpected job loss or financial crisis (case-by-case basis)
- Bereavement: Death in the family (requires documentation)
- Platform Errors: Technical glitches that caused incorrect charges
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
⚠️ Important: Please contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from 2SCODE services
- Legal action to recover costs and fees

9. Refund Alternatives
If you’re not eligible for a refund, we may offer:
- Account Credit: Store credit for future purchases
- Product Exchange: Swap for different source code or course of equal value
- Extended Support: Additional technical assistance to resolve issues
- Membership Extension: Extra time added to your VIP membership
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are never refundable:
- Promotional discounts or coupon codes
- Affiliate commissions earned
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors
- Services already rendered (consultations, support hours)
- Expired memberships or subscriptions
11. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We take fraud seriously. Fraudulent refund requests may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Reporting to payment processors and authorities
- Legal action to recover damages
- Permanent ban from all 2SCODE services
