• Custom Development: Project development services (subject to separate agreements)
• VIP Membership: Premium access with exclusive benefits
• Community Features: Forums, discussions, and developer networking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harass other users
• Distribute malicious code or content
• Remain inactive for extended periods (with prior notice)

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Payment Methods

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
• We accept payments through Paystack, Korapay, and other approved gateways
• Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers
• You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider

4.2 VIP Memberships

• VIP memberships grant access to premium content and features
• Membership benefits are clearly outlined on the VIP pricing page
• Memberships are non-transferable
• Recurring memberships auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account settings

4.3 Pricing Changes

• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Existing VIP members will be notified 30 days before price changes
• Price changes do not affect active subscription periods

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Source Code Licensing

• Free Resources: Licensed under the terms specified in each resource (typically MIT, GPL, or similar)
• Premium Resources: Licensed for personal or commercial use as specified
• Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of downloaded code

5.2 Platform Content

• All content on 2SCODE (text, graphics, logos, design) is our property
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission
• Course materials are for personal learning only unless otherwise stated

5.3 User-Generated Content

When you submit content (comments, forum posts, reviews):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content
• You confirm you have the right to share the content
• You agree not to post copyrighted material without permission

6. Acceptable Use Policy

User-generated content must NOT contain:

• False, misleading, or defamatory information
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content (unless authorized)
• Personal information of others without consent

7. Refund Policy

• Digital products (source code, courses) are generally non-refundable
• Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances
• VIP memberships may be refunded within 7 days if no content was accessed
• All refund requests must be submitted through our support system

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

8.2 Content Accuracy

• Source code and tutorials are provided “as is” without warranties
• We do not guarantee code will be error-free or meet your specific needs
• You are responsible for testing code before production use
• We are not liable for damages resulting from use of our resources

8.3 Third-Party Services

• We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policies
• External links are provided for convenience; we don’t endorse linked content

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
